While I am physically located in Fort Worth, Texas. I am licensed to work with clients in Texas and Washington. I provide teletherapy so I can work with individuals anywhere in the sates of Texas and Washington.

I am also registered as an Out-of- State Telethealth Provider in Florida so that I am able to serve client in Florida as well, https://flhealthsource.gov/telehealth/

Online therapy provides us unique flexibility. You are able to choose a quiet and private location in which you feel comfortable. There is no need to drive so it also cuts down the time needed. I use a HIPPA compliant platform for all video sessions to honor your privacy.

I do not currently offer in-person sessions.

Intake Session- $180- 50 minutes

I am happy to provide you a superbill for you to file for OON benefits with your insurance provider, however, please make sure you to reach out to your insurance company to understand your OON benefits as well as how to file, as that will be your responsibility.

During the first session or intake session we will discuss practice policies and procedures more in-depth and address any additional questions and/or concerns you may have.

We will also start to develop your goals for therapy and we will complete a full assessment in order to help gather a clear picture of you, your life, and history for our work together.

Length of therapy varies greatly by client and is based on your individual needs and goals.
